This innovative program is designed for municipalities across the Philippines, aiming to elevate local health governance by benchmarking against the Seal of Health Governance (SOHG) model from Del Carmen, Siargao Island. Through this program, we will empower municipal and barangay leaders to create adaptive, responsive health systems that meet the unique needs of their communities.

Program Overview

The Municipal Health Systems Benchmarking Program is a 12-week journey where municipal health teams will engage in a collaborative, hands-on process to enhance their health governance structures. Using the Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) methodology, participants will co-create adaptive health system management frameworks inspired by the success of the SOHG.

How It Works

Over 12 weeks, participants will spend 1-2 hours a week working in small teams on practical iterations and prototypes, gradually building a robust health system management framework.
